(1) The channel steel base of the generator set, the beam width of the small 30kW generator set is 4cm, the width of the large 600kW generator set is 8cm, and the beam width of the base of the large generator set is generally within 10cm. Between the base of the generator set and the ground to install damping device, simple is the cushion damping rubber cushion, damping rubber cushion thickness ≥2cm, length ≥20cm, width ≥20cm. Small generating set cushion four pieces of shock cushion, 400 ~ 800kW large generating set cushion six pieces of shock cushion, 800kW above large generating set cushion more than eight pieces of shock cushion.

(2) If you want to achieve professional shock absorption effect, it is necessary to install damping shock absorber, generator set base open round hole, the generator set on the upper end of the damping spring, 2t below the bottom of the generator set with 4 shock absorbers, 2t above the generator set with 6 shock absorbers, damping capacity of the shock absorber to increase with the weight of the generator set.
