Before being put into operation, it is run in according to the requirements, so that the surface of the moving parts is more smooth and clean, and the service life of the diesel generator set can be extended. In order to ensure the quality of run-in, the following principles should be followed: load gradually increase, speed gradually increase. The commissioning of the installed unit can be divided into three parts: diesel engine, generator and control panel.

The commissioning items of diesel generator set include: inspection and adjustment of fuel supply system oil pump, injection pump, regulator, oil supply, valve clearance of valve mechanism and other parts. Generator commissioning inspection items include: insulation resistance measurement; Generator heating or test inspection; Adjustment of excitation device; Adjustment of the adjustment device; Air filter inspection; Inspection of anti-condensation heaters.

The debugging of the control panel is more important. First of all, check whether the switches and buttons operate flexibly, whether the contact is good, and whether the components are firmly installed. Check whether the primary and secondary circuit wiring of the control panel is correct; Connect the output line of the alternator; Switch off the knife switch of the auxiliary control panel, and connect the power grid to the wire of the auxiliary control panel; Plug in the main control panel to the auxiliary control panel, the unit and the automatic control board and connect the terminals that need to be connected. Connect the cable between the diesel heating device and the main control panel.

Since power-on commissioning is carried out in the case of no load, the main control panel and the auxiliary control panel outlet busbar should not be connected. The positions of switches on the main control panel are as follows: "manual" position and "emergency" position. The heater switch is off.

When all the test runs are normal, set the switch on the main control panel to the "manual" position, and flip down the "Off" button on the secondary control panel. At this time, the load is normally supplied by the power grid, and the heater switch on the main control panel is switched on. After the mains supply is normal, the switch of the main control panel is still set to the Automatic and Emergency positions. In this way, the mains can automatically start to supply power to loads in case of a power failure next time. Check whether the alarm circuit is normal, press the "test alarm" button. At this time, the alarm bell should ring, the "fault alarm" light should be on, and the sound and light alarm signal should be issued.

When the unit automatically starts to generate electricity, if the generator is overloaded and the overcurrent is switched off, the diesel engine should be able to idle itself and send out an audible and visual alarm signal. In 3 minutes after the manual troubleshooting, the switch from "automatic" to "manual", immediately back to the "automatic" position, the unit will automatically restore normal power supply, idle running 3 minutes after the fault can not be removed, the unit will automatically stop. In the process of test oil pressure is too low, the water temperature is too high, the unit will automatically shut down and send out sound and light alarm signal.
